This past weekend Mommy and I went to Gi Gi Sally and Ga Ga Jimmer's house. One of Gi Gi's grandparent helpers in her class passed along a bike and a wagon for me. I love to ride so I was pretty excited! My babies enjoyed going in the wagon with me. With some help from Gi Gi and Ga Ga, I started to get the hang of pedaling. I can't wait to go, go this summer.
p.s. - A note from Mommy: This was a last minute surprise to everyone so I didn't know to pack Emily's helmet. We were all very careful and we will be buying a helmet to leave in Kalamazoo for future riding fun.
This past weekend, I met up with my cousins in Grand Rapids. We braved the rain and visited the miniature horses at Most High Barn (http://mosthighbarn.gospelcom.net/). Not only were there horses and barn kitties, there was a really cool tractor! After our visit to the barn, Ally and I had a sleep over at Gi-Gi Beth's house in our big girl pajamas. The next morning, Aunt Julie read us my newest favorite book, Hey! Wake Up! to get us ready for more cousin playtime. It was so fun to see everyone!
Gi Gi Gail came to visit last week and brought the spring weather with her. I took her to playgroup at the park. Here I am catching my breath after a lot of running. She brought me some new "big girl" pajamas and did my hair in "big girl" pony tails. Ga Ga Gary flew in from Wyoming and he and Daddy took out some bushes to make room for my new yard toys. I have a climbing cube, a big slide and a small slide with a fort. The fort is just the right size for me, but Daddy really wanted to try it out, too. I am so happy that I can play outside. It is going to be a fun spring and summer!
Over the weekend, Mom and Dad made some improvements to my room. They put up cubes for me to put my books in and moved some of the furniture. I like being able to find my favorite books, especially The Belly Button Book, Barnyard Dance and Pajama Time. If you can't tell, my favorite author is Sandra Boynton. I love reading them in my cozy window spot.
